Responsibilities
Review realistic financial planning scenarios reflecting everyday client situations across budgeting, debt, retirement, and risk management
Evaluate AI generated financial advice for suitability, clarity, and real world practicality for mainstream and mass affluent households
Explain how you structure advisory conversations, including discovery questions, goal prioritization, and tradeoff analysis
Define actionable decision rules and financial heuristics used with real clients, such as savings benchmarks and emergency fund targets
Provide clear, empathetic written feedback to improve AI explanations and next step guidance for non expert audiences
Identify compliance boundaries and risk considerations, advising when referrals to CPAs, attorneys, or insurance professionals are required
Support the development of structured, repeatable financial planning workflows for AI assisted advisory use cases
Qualification
Required
Several years of client facing experience as a Financial Planner, Personal Financial Advisor, or similar role serving typical U.S. households
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, cash flow planning, debt management, retirement planning, education savings, and risk management
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex tradeoffs simply and calmly
High professional integrity with a strict fiduciary and compliance first mindset
Practical experience using standardized financial planning processes and tools
Strong financial problem solving ability with a client centric approach
Preferred
CFP® certification preferred, or CFP exam passed with relevant advisory experience
