Responsibilities
Develop and implement an action plan to generate new business and build strong client relationships
Maintain detailed records of sales routes and activities
Conduct sales calls that lead to scheduled meetings with target referral prospects
Secure customer commitments that lead to referrals for disaster restoration services
Conduct site inspections, take photos utilizing Encircle
Achieve company sales targets and regularly update management on account status
Uphold a professional, ethical, and positive image as a key company representative within the community
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports promptly
Participate in weekly leadership meetings
Regularly engage in client meetings, trade shows, networking events, conferences, etc
Maintain an up-to-date customer contact database
Deliver group presentations to prospective organizations
Coordinate sales efforts with other marketing activities, including promotions, advertising, exhibitions, telemarketing, and social media marketing
Qualification
Required
2+ years of demonstrated success in a business development role
Industry knowledge, or the willingness and ability to quickly acquire it if new to the field
Results-oriented mindset with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently multitask, and drive outcomes with a sense of urgency
Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with both team members and clients
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, reliable, confident, and well-organized
Dependable, transparent, and trustworthy
Reliable transportation required; local travel is part of the role
