They are seeking an experienced Account Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and improve financial processes as the company scales.

Responsibilities
Own day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and journal entries
Manage and oversee AP and AR processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Perform monthly and year-end close activities with a high level of ownership
Maintain and strengthen internal controls and financial documentation
Use NetSuite to analyze financial data and ensure data integrity across systems
Support payroll, expense management, and vendor payments
Partner with leadership on financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting support
Design, document, and continuously improve accounting processes as the company grows
Serve as a key accounting resource as complexity increases across multiple projects
Qualification
Required
4+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in a professional setting
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
Hands-on experience using NetSuite (or similar ERP), with the ability to interpret and validate data
Comfort owning processes end to end, not just executing tasks
High attention to detail with the confidence to make judgment calls
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Interest in growing into a senior accounting or Controller-level role over time
Preferred
CPA, CPA-track, or public accounting background strongly preferred
