They are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to act as the primary liaison for the USA Projects dispatch desk, overseeing the assignment of high-value HVAC and mechanical project files to industry CEOs.

Responsibilities

Asset Dispatch: Coordinating the release of proprietary project data to pre-vetted contractors
Strategic Pivot: Transitioning "per-project" contractors into our Preferred Vendor Program through a $2,000/mo retainer model
Value Negotiation: Using our contractual $100,000 monthly bid volume guarantee to secure long-term partnership commitments
Growth Operations: Identifying high-capacity firms to scale within our national hierarchy

Required

Minimum 3+ years of experience in high-ticket sales or industrial project management where you have successfully navigated 'the pivot' from value-delivery to paid commitment
Proven ability to maintain a high-status 'Project Director' tone when negotiating with tough industrial business owners
Expert-level proficiency in deal negotiation and overcoming 'why am I paying for this?' objections
Strong knowledge of scheduling and dispatch operations; you must be able to follow the vLX intelligence script with precision
Comfortable with a $30/hr base + aggressive commission structure designed for high-volume earners
Demonstrated success in managing a national pipeline from a remote environment
