Required

Strong knowledge of Sales Operations to streamline processes and optimize efficiencies
Demonstrated capability in Business Development, including identifying growth opportunities and forming strategic partnerships
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills to navigate both short-term goals and long-term objectives
Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a focus on client and stakeholder relations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred
MBA or equivalent is preferred
Familiarity with real estate markets and trends across commercial and residential sectors is a plus
