Mid LevelSWAMP GAMING is seeking a full-time Channel Manager & Editor to work in-house at their gaming house in Houston, Texas. The role involves creating and managing content for esports players and creators across multiple platforms, while also collaborating with them to enhance their personal brands.

Responsibilities
Ideate high-performing content for YouTube, TikTok, Shorts, Twitter/X, and Instagram
Film daily content inside the gaming house (IRL + gameplay + challenges)
Edit short-form and long-form content at a high level
Manage and optimize creator channels (titles, thumbnails, posting cadence, analytics)
Work directly with players to build personal brands and grow audiences
Coordinate content schedules and ensure consistent daily output
Stay ahead of trends in gaming, esports, and social media
Qualification
Required
Proven experience editing gaming content (short-form + long-form)
Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and algorithm-driven growth
Comfortable being on-site, filming creators, and working fast-paced
Creative mindset with strong storytelling instincts
Self-starter who can take ownership of multiple channels
Passion for gaming, esports, and creator culture
Preferred
Experience working with esports teams or streamers
Thumbnail design skills
On-camera presence or directing talent
Experience scaling channels to 100K+ followers
