Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team responsible for end-to-end claims and payment processing, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Monitor, analyze, and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure team and process effectiveness
Apply data-driven insights to enhance performance and streamline operations
Champion technology-driven automation initiatives to improve efficiency
Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering independent thinking and encouraging problem-solving
Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold company and industry standards
Proactively identify risks and implement solutions in a high-risk environment

Required

Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
5+ years of management experience within claims processing, payment processing, the insurance industry, or healthcare
Demonstrated success overseeing high-risk, high-volume operational teams
Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data to optimize processes
Independent thinker with a track record of 'digging in' and solving complex issues
Proven ability to coach and mentor staff at all levels
Experience with tech automation, digital platforms, and relevant analytics tools
Excellent communication and confidentiality skills
