Human Resources & Admin Assistant
T Market is an Asian grocery store seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources & Admin Assistant who can independently manage day‑to‑day HR operations while also supporting general administrative tasks. This role involves full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and various administrative responsibilities.
Translation and Localization
Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruitment for store and administrative roles
Oversee onboarding, training coordination, and new‑hire documentation
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal and MA labor laws
Coordinate timekeeping, scheduling updates, and payroll support
Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to supervisors
Assist with performance reviews and corrective actions
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Support workplace safety, benefits administration, and ACA compliance
Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment
Manage office supply purchasing and maintain inventory levels
Coordinate with maintenance and repair vendors
Schedule vendor visits and follow up on service requests
Support filing, document organization, and internal communication
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
Assist with basic operational tasks as needed
Communicate with mall management or building services when required
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience with onboarding, scheduling, and payroll systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus
