Legal Services
Responsibilities
Help to develop, research, and litigate the Center’s portfolio of public interest impact cases
Work with the Center’s staff, as well as attorneys from outside firms and other public interest organizations, to develop and bring impactful litigation
Qualification
Required
Recent law school graduate
Graduated law school in the past five years (0-5 years of experience)
Admitted to practice law in the state of Arizona or willing to become admitted
Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills
Ability to work well with others
Passion for and commitment to public interest work and social change
A healthy amount of outrage towards systemic inequity and injustice
A commitment to the mission and ideals of the Center
An interest in learning about and practicing in a wide range of different substantive legal areas
