Administrative Analyst

The District One Medical Examiner’s Office provides medicolegal death investigation services in the western Florida Panhandle. They are seeking a full-time Administrative Analyst to perform day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain workflows, and assist with communications and record-keeping to support the office's mission.

Government Administration

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining and improving internal processes
Assisting with communications between DOMES and Funeral Directors
Maintaining case records
Ensuring the efficient operation of workflows
Maintaining accurate and organized records to assist the office in achieving its mission

Qualification

Records Management TrainingFlorida Certified Records ManagerBachelor's DegreeBilingual ProficiencyAdministrative Tasks

Required

Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of three years of applicable work experience
Valid Florida driver's license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment
Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with five years of applicable experience
Training in Records Management for Florida public law enforcement agencies
Florida Certified Records Manager (FCRM)
Bilingual proficiency
