We are seeking a Job Coach to join our Third-Party Administration team to provide Service Coordination to participants referred by Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities office.

Responsibilities
Provide on-site job coaching and teaching to individuals with disabilities
Contact or meet with participant on site or off site to provide on the job supports
Implement hands on and/or supportive guidance to ensure that the individual successfully retains position secured and learns position duties
Assure that the participant is compliant with the program, employment requirements and report to the VRC any significant issues
Model professional behavior and teach employment-related soft skills
Complete legible well written reports on each case in accordance with requirements specified by the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation in the Vocational Rehabilitation Provider Manual
Qualification
Required
Must live in the Toledo, OH area
Understanding of the Americans with Disabilities Act, how to request an accommodation and what is required to work with individuals who have disabilities including basic disabilities knowledge
Have good social and communication skills, patience, and time management skills
Demonstrate confidence, honesty and reliability with the ability to carry out professional code of ethics
Knowledge of the use of computers and basic office software (Word, Excel)
Be goal oriented and highly organized
Provide on-site job coaching and teaching to individuals with disabilities

High School Diploma/GED required
Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and willing to travel
