Virtual Appointment Setting Position for Highly Motivated Sales Reps

Identify and engage business owners who lack documented operations or scalable systems
Educate prospects on why undocumented execution lowers valuation and increases deal risk
Sell KPE solutions as a business-critical asset, not an optional service
Present KPEs as a clear pathway to efficiency, leverage, and buyer confidence
Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and deal progression independently
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff post-appointment confirmation
Set appointments for discovery calls
Qualification
Required
This is a commission-only position, open exclusively to candidates who currently reside in the United States
Profit Gold Group is looking for driven, consultative sales professionals who knows how to sell clarity, structure, and strategic value - not just services

100% commission on newly acquired clients
High-ticket offerings with strong earning potential
No income cap (average salary $90k - $110k)
Sales tools, messaging, and training provided
Confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking with CEOs and founders
Strong business acumen- you understand how companies scale and why systems matter
Consultative mindset

Ethical personality that values long-term relationships over quick wins
Proven ability to sell high-value solutions
Comfortable working in a commission-only environment
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to clearly explain abstract value (risk reduction, efficiency, valuation)
Preferred
B2B sales, consulting sales, or professional services sales
Selling to business owners, founders, or executive leadership
Experience with operations, M&A, finance, consulting, or process improvement is a plus
