Commercial Communication Specialist

Responsibilities
Develop and distribute employee communications (emails, intranet posts, newsletters)
Support leadership messaging, including town halls and business updates
Maintain editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content
Assist the team with support of reporting, presentations, and team management
Assist with drafting press releases and managing media lists for commercial initiatives
Monitor media coverage and compile reports for leadership
Track internal engagement metrics and external media performance
Prepare dashboards and summaries for leadership review
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure message alignment across Generation, Consumer, and B2B Sales
Assist with special projects and campaigns as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
2–4 years of experience in corporate communications or PR
Strong writing and editing skills; ability to tailor tone for different audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Familiarity with media monitoring tools and basic analytics
