Responsibilities
Review and refine AI generated video captions for visual accuracy, clarity, and narrative consistency
Analyze short video clips from films and television to assess on-screen visual elements
Identify and describe shot types, camera movements, framing, pacing, and character actions using standard cinematic terminology
Produce detailed scene breakdowns covering continuity, spatial relationships, and narrative flow
Provide structured, high quality feedback to improve AI understanding of visual storytelling
Collaborate with AI development teams to align on annotation standards and editorial best practices
Maintain precise written documentation of edits, observations, and feedback to support model improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven professional experience in video editing, post production, film, or related visual media fields
Strong command of cinematic language, shot composition, and visual storytelling principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Native or C2 level proficiency in English
Ability to commit a minimum of 30 hours per week during the project period
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
