This is a 100% remote, commission-based position that involves connecting with clients, conducting needs-based conversations, and educating them on coverage options.

Connect with individuals who have requested information about life insurance
Conduct needs-based, consultative conversations (no high-pressure sales)
Educate clients on coverage options and living benefits
Help families make informed decisions that protect their future
Complete electronic applications and support clients through underwriting
Training, mentorship, and professional development
Support with client outreach and prospecting (no cold calling required)
Comprehensive training and mentorship
