Required

Minimum of four years performing aircraft organizational-level maintenance

Expert ability to interpret technical manuals, Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs), IETMs, and engineering change documentation

Strong technical writing skills to produce structured, standards-compliant documentation

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and interface effectively with government customers and cross-functional teams

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

Demonstrated experience in Instructional Systems Design (ISD) or curriculum development within a DoD or naval aviation environment

Extensive background in Naval or Marine Corps aviation organizational-level maintenance (specifically AD, AM, or AE ratings)

Prior experience as a U.S. military training instructor (805A / 9502 NEC or equivalent)

Preferred

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design or media development
