Build and execute a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with business goals
Manage budgets, vendors, compliance, projects, and daily IT performance
Roll up your sleeves when needed on systems, infrastructure, core optimization, and troubleshooting
Develop people, create structure, improve processes, and build a culture of accountability and service
Balance modernization with financial discipline, manage vendors carefully, and prioritize initiatives that deliver real impact
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Jack Henry Symitar core system
IT leadership experience in a financial institution or regulated environment
Background in infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital systems, and modernization efforts
Proven ability to lead transformation while staying close to execution
Strong communicator who builds trust across leadership and staff
Preferred
Working knowledge of MeridianLink
