Responsibilities
Manage customer invoicing, payment posting, collections, and account reconciliations while maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Invoicing customers for services rendered
Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue payments
Resolving billing discrepancies and communicating professionally with customers and internal teams
Maintaining customer files and assisting with month-end close and reporting
Supporting special projects as assigned and collaborating with departments such as sales to resolve AR-related issues
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
Proven problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in handling financial discrepancies
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Preferred
Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required
Familiarity with commercial collections and billing functions is highly desirable
