Manage almost all aspects of employment lawsuits on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants
Qualification
Required
Licensed attorney in California in good standing with the Bar
At least two years of civil litigation experience (as an attorney or paralegal) in any field using the California Code of Civil Procedure
Significant Experience defending depositions
Some experience taking/conducting depositions (i.e., conducted a minimum of 3 depositions)
Interest in a long-term career in civil litigation focusing on employment law
Courage and willingness to complete challenging new tasks such as a first trial, or other event
Preferred
At least three years of civil litigation experience as an attorney in California
