Field Coordination : Work directly with a Superintendent to sync vendors, subcontractors, city officials, and design teams
Technical Management : Support complex field execution including MEP systems, architectural finishes, inspections, and coordination of multiple trades
Proactive Problem Solving : Identify and solve issues before they become delays—being proactive rather than reactive is what sets us apart
Quality & Safety : Ensure every project is completed with craftsmanship, accountability, and care
Increased Responsibility: Take ownership of defined scopes of work as your field leadership and technical understanding grow
Qualification
Required
Graduates in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Civil Engineering
Individuals who prefer being on site, solving real-time problems, and leading through presence
