They are seeking a dynamic and organized Production Assistant to support the podcast production by creating behind-the-scenes content, assisting with equipment, and coordinating with the host.

Responsibilities
Capture engaging behind-the-scenes photos and videos during podcast recordings and events
Edit and curate visual content for social media platforms and promotional materials
Assist in the setup and breakdown of recording environments, ensuring all necessary equipment and props are in place
Maintain a clean and organized recording space
Support the technical team with audio and visual equipment setup and troubleshooting
Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any issues promptly
Assist the host with scheduling guests, coordinating interviews, and maintaining the production calendar
Organize and prepare materials needed for each recording session
Provide general administrative support as needed
Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for content and production improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience or interest in media production, photography, or a related field
Basic understanding of audio/visual equipment and software is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative mindset with an eye for detail
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Flexible schedule to accommodate recording sessions and events
