Inside Sales Representative / Business Development Executive

The Inside Sales Representative / Business Development Executive is responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities by engaging manufacturers and rep firms interested in AI-driven analytics.

Identify and engage manufacturers and rep firms through outbound and inbound outreach
Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect data challenges, sales workflows, and growth objectives
Position Relevate’s AI Analytics Engine around rep-level insights, opportunity visibility, and sales actions
Qualify opportunities based on fit, urgency, and potential business impact
Advance qualified opportunities to product demonstrations and next-stage sales discussions
Maintain accurate tracking of activities, contacts, and opportunities in CRM
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams on messaging and feedback
Support industry events, conferences, and targeted campaigns as needed
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or BDR/SDR roles
Experience selling B2B SaaS, analytics, data, or technology solutions
Strong discovery, communication, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable discussing data, analytics, and business performance
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
