Responsibilities
You ship what the pilot customer needs this week
You sit on customer calls and hear the objections yourself
You understand that 'works in demo' and 'survives a deposition' are different standards
You treat the messy PDF that a supplier emails at 11 pm as the real input
Qualification
Required
Experience in at least one: Document AI / intelligent document processing
Experience in at least one: Enterprise integrations (ERP, PLM, WMS)
Experience in at least one: AI systems with human-in-the-loop verification
You talk to customers. Not 'comfortable with exposure'—you want to hear objections in real-time
You ship in ambiguity. Architecture is directional, not spec'd
You're equity-motivated. Base is real but below market
