Responsibilities
Process Bi-weekly payroll accurately and in timely manner
Manage workload independently
Conduct payroll audits on biweekly payroll processing
Assist with Kronos time and attendance review and audits
Research State and Local tax withholding requirements to ensure employees tax is set up correctly
Set up new hires, Terminations, Rehires, Transfers accurately
Support Year End activities
Qualification
Required
Payroll experience 3-5 years. ADP Vantage preferred
Knowledge of current tax laws about payroll taxes
Efficient team player
Excel Experience
Strong verbal and written communication
Multi state payroll experience
Payroll Accounting knowledge
Restricted Stock processing
Assignee/Expat processing
Canada payroll
