Required

Proven expertise in Business Planning, including developing and implementing strategic initiatives
Demonstrated proficiency in Contract Negotiation, ensuring favorable and sustainable agreements
Experience in Sales and Account Management, with a focus on relationship-building and driving revenue growth
Outstanding leadership and communications skills, with the ability to inspire and work effectively with diverse teams
A solid understanding of the real estate or multifamily housing industry is a significant advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
