Senior Manager, Expatriate Tax Compliance

Responsibilities

Manage tax compliance globally with respect to expatriate host and home country tax obligations
Advise on permanent establishment risk and secondment agreements related to project business trips and assignments
Oversee tax equalization program in accordance with International Assignment Policy and Fluor Supplement 9 policies
Oversee Fluor’s Big 4 global mobility tax engagement
Oversee the Fluor business travel tracking program
Assist in the recovery of expatriate cost from Fluor’s clients
Assist with expatriate cost estimates during project proposal and closeout phases

Required

At least 15 years of total experience working in the global mobility tax practice at a Big 4 accounting firm and/or managing global mobility tax compliance at a large multinational corporation
Strong decision-making capabilities and technical tax skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-starter with strong interpersonal and project leadership skills
Ability to work autonomously, yet keep Tax management informed of work progress and any unusual situations
Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
