Regional Vice President of Sales

KaleaVentures is a newly established company currently in the development phase, seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to guide the transition from development to formal operations. The role involves building a regional sales infrastructure, establishing sales processes, and coordinating market expansion efforts prior to the official launch of the business.

Responsibilities

Establish a regional sales management framework that can be directly put into use
Define sales processes, target breakdown, key customer management, and incentive mechanisms
Ensure that the system is not just "well-designed," but "ready to run from the start."
Translate company strategy and business plans into actionable regional launch plans
Coordinate resources to ensure a clear rhythm and defined responsibilities during the sales launch phase
Quickly identify and correct sales design flaws in the early stages of the launch
Participate in the design of regional sales team roles and responsibilities
Promote collaboration habits between sales and marketing, operations, and product functions before official operation
Deeply participate in the planning and implementation of CRM, sales management, and customer tracking systems
Ensure that the system logic is highly consistent with the actual sales model
Define the company's most critical sales indicators (KPIs) in the early stages
Establish sales review, evaluation, and continuous optimization mechanisms
Provide management with structured, actionable performance information

Required

Over 20 years of sales or general management experience
At least one experience participating in the complete regional sales system building process, from construction to formal operation

Able to make decisions with limited information and within a clear time window
Able to collaborate deeply with the founding team, not just as an execution role
