Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a defined team of 5-10 Sales Consultants
Own team performance across gross profit, volume, customer satisfaction, and key KPIs
Actively sell new and used vehicles and lead from the front
Recruit, hire, train, and develop top-performing sales talent
Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations and hold the team accountable
Ensure consistent execution of dealership sales processes and CRM discipline
Deliver a strong customer experience and maintain high CSI standards
Serve as a strong closer with the ability to coach others
Qualification
Required
A minimum of two years of Automotive Sales Management experience
Proven success in auto retail sales
Demonstrated leadership ability to mentor and train others
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Passion for training sales team members and fostering a collaborative environment
Enthusiastic personality with a high-energy attitude
Ability to boost morale during the sales workday and improve profitability
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Authorized to work in the USA
Ability to pass pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
Must have a valid driver's license
