Lead and oversee Strategic Vision Advisory Group’s global strategic sales strategy, aligned with corporate vision and growth priorities
Define and execute institutional sales frameworks targeting banks, asset managers, exchanges, fintechs, and financial sponsors
Build structured sales processes that support scalable, repeatable revenue generation
Position the firm as a trusted strategic partner within global financial markets
Identify, develop, and close high-value institutional client relationships
Structure long-term partnerships that integrate advisory, technology, and market intelligence offerings
Lead complex negotiations with senior stakeholders across financial institutions and fintech platforms
Expand the firm’s ecosystem through strategic alliances and co-developed market initiatives
Design and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, advisory, and executive leadership
Build and maintain a robust institutional sales pipeline across priority markets
Optimize client engagement models, sales cycles, and conversion strategies
Support new service launches and market entry initiatives through disciplined sales execution
Leverage market insights, regulatory awareness, and financial expertise to inform client engagement strategies
Translate complex advisory and technology offerings into clear institutional value propositions
Represent the firm at industry forums, conferences, and executive-level engagements
Position Strategic Vision Advisory Group as a thought partner, not just a service provider
Support expansion across the Americas and other priority regions through localized institutional engagement strategies
Collaborate with regional leadership to align sales approaches with market-specific regulatory and institutional environments
Enable cross-border client relationships and global advisory mandates
Identify new verticals and market segments aligned with the firm’s strategic vision
Implement KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics linking sales activity to revenue outcomes
Utilize CRM systems, analytics, and sales technology to improve efficiency and forecasting accuracy
Continuously refine sales messaging, targeting, and engagement based on data insights
Align sales investments with revenue growth and long-term enterprise value
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing strategic sales team
Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, advisory, product, and executive teams
Develop sales talent pipelines, training frameworks, and succession planning
Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and institutional excellence

Required

20+ years of progressive experience in strategic sales, business development, or revenue leadership within financial services, fintech, capital markets, or professional services
Proven success in building and scaling institutional sales functions in global or high-growth environments
Strong understanding of financial markets, advisory-led business models, and fintech-enabled solutions
Demonstrated expertise in institutional relationship management, negotiation, and partnership structuring
Exceptional executive communication, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required
