Responsibilities
Lead project management, including scheduling and execution, for a portfolio of high-voltage transmission projects
Manage a team of Owner’s subject matter experts, EPCs, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
Oversee the full project lifecycle, including scoping, estimating, scheduling, siting/routing, land acquisition, engineering, environmental permitting, contract management, construction, and closeout
Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including utilities, EPCs, consultants, and contractors
Oversee budget tracking, risk mitigation, and reporting to ensure project objectives are met
Ensure quality, safety, and engineering standards are maintained throughout all project phases
Assist Owners by providing ongoing feedback and consulting to improve existing processes
(Senior Project Manager level) Lead the most complex projects and overarching program management activities across multiple high-voltage transmission projects
(Senior Project Manager level) Provide guidance and share lessons learned with both Owners and internal staff to support continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in transmission project management or related infrastructure fields
Proven leadership track record with the ability to confidently lead discussions, influence decision-making, and navigate diverse stakeholder groups
Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-stakeholder teams
Demonstrated ability to make sound, timely decisions that support the Owner's objectives
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Microsoft Office, Project scheduling (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
Preferred
10+ years, including experience managing complex projects
Equivalent experience in technical roles such as Design Engineer, Transmission Planning Engineer, Project Controls Engineer, or Test Engineer will also be considered
Leadership experience within these disciplines is preferred
EIT or PE license preferred
PMP certification preferred
PE license preferred
