Responsibilities
Conduct virtual video consultations for HRT/TRT patients
Evaluate patient symptoms, review laboratory results, and develop individualized treatment plans
Initiate and manage HRT, TRT, and related hormone therapies when clinically appropriate
Educate patients on hormone health, including risks, benefits, and treatment expectations
Prescribe medications in accordance with clinical guidelines and state regulations
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation within the telemedicine platform
Qualification
Required
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
DEA license required
Board certified
Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong computer skills and comfort with telehealth platforms
Preferred
Multiple state licenses preferred 5+
Experience with HRT/TRT or hormone optimization strongly preferred
Telemedicine experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient communication skills
