Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment and invoicing
Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to record transactions and generate reports
Code invoices and ensure proper categorization within the accounting system
Support financial operations for non-profit accounting, including compliance with organizational policies
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating schedules
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial data
Provide general support for the accounting department, including assisting with audits and budget tracking
Perform routine data entry and database management tasks to maintain accurate financial documentation
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Proficiency in accounting software - preferred experience with Acumatica
Strong administrative skills and experience in clerical tasks
Ability to manage and organize complex financial records with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to diverse populations
Preferred
Knowledge of non-profit accounting practices is preferred
