Responsibilities
With minimal assistance, advises segment leads or partners, or collaborates with peers to develop segment strategy for segmentation, territory planning and quota setting
Aligns with Business and Sales Operations (BSO) on quota distribution strategy and timeline for the Area
Participates in sales leader and manager briefings to share quotas and rationale where needed
Advises and contributes to sales teams on sales motions/strategies for opportunity management (e.g., up-sell, cross-sell, renewal, recapture)
Provides input on operationalizing prioritized sales plays and industry solutions
Supports generating new business and accelerates the closing of existing opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT) account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field + OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) experience in Near Term Strategy (1 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance
2+ years experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience + OR equivalent experience
