Responsibilities

Build, manage, and grow relationships with fleet customers, repair shops, and resellers
Conduct regular outside sales calls within assigned territory
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate diesel engine parts and solutions
Manage accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Provide product training and education to customers and internal teams as needed
Proactively pursue new business opportunities and expand market presence
Deliver exceptional customer service and follow through on commitments

Required

Experience in heavy-duty diesel, trucking, fleet maintenance, or related industries

Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with strong time management and accountability
Comfortable working independently in a hybrid, field-based role
