Business Development Manager
ReNerve Ltd. is hiring a Business Development Manager with deep expertise in peripheral nerve repair, plastic/reconstructive surgery, soft tissue reconstruction, and wound care. This role involves leveraging clinical credibility to support distributors, drive surgeon engagement, and accelerate adoption of the company's product portfolio.

Responsibilities
Conduct weekly field visits (3-4 days) with the ReNerve Ltd. distribution partners
Manage time to ensure maximum coverage of targeted accounts to achieve optimum level of exposure and results
Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records
Provide product, clinical and technical support for the ReNerve distribution teams
Lead surgeon in-services, product demonstrations, cadaver labs, and OR support
Build relationships with key opinion leaders and navigate value analysis committees
Support distributors in closing business within nerve repair, plastics, and wound care accounts
Represent ReNerve at medical conferences and serve as liaison to academic institutions
Manage field inventory to optimally balance availability of product with inventory costs
Control and manage expenses in the most cost effective manner for the company
Qualification
Required
5+ years medical device/biologics sales in peripheral nerve repair, plastic/reconstructive surgery (including breast reconstruction), soft tissue repair, or wound care
Proven distributor partnership and relationship-building in surgical specialties
Strong clinical acumen and presentation skills in OR environments
Ability to travel up to 75% travel (occasional weekends)
Bachelor's degree
