Real Estate Consultant
Luxury Homes of Florida is a locally owned boutique brokerage with a focus on innovative approaches to buying and selling luxury homes. The Luxury Real Estate Advisor will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, negotiate transactions, and provide guidance to clients about market conditions and legal requirements.
Responsibilities
Managing client relationships
Conducting property viewings
Negotiating transactions
Providing guidance and training to clients about market conditions and legal requirements
Actively participating in sales and marketing initiatives to promote properties and attract potential buyers
Qualification
Required
Experience in Real Estate and Real Estate management
Sales and Negotiation skills
Training and client education abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Licensed Florida Real Estate Agent (Salesperson)
Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in real estate or related fields
Preferred
Knowledge of the local real estate market in Bradenton/Sarasota is a plus
