Responsibilities
Serve as primary contractor POC to KO/COR; manage communications, tasking, and issue resolution
Plan, execute, and control work across multiple CG-PSC business lines; maintain integrated master schedule and priorities
Lead governance routines (status, risk, decision logs); ensure timely deliverables and stakeholder alignment
Oversee quality management: reviews, compliance checks, and continuous process improvement of work products
Manage resources and performance: staffing, workload balancing, mentorship, and coverage via approved alternate
Direct analytical support efforts (metrics, dashboards, ad hoc analysis) to inform leadership decisions
Coordinate tool usage and adoption (MS Project/Access/O365/SharePoint; USCG-specific PM tools) and ensure data hygiene
