Responsibilities
Construction job costing and cost analysis
Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting and schedule preparation
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable oversight
Weekly cash balance and cash flow reporting
Bank reconciliations and remote deposits
Support the month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with financial reporting and internal controls
Weekly Payroll, Union Dues, and Worker Compensation processing & reporting
Annual Insurance Renewals and Audits – Worker Compensation, General Liability, Umbrella, Auto, Equipment, etc
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel (advanced skills preferred)
Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro
Experience with construction accounting and job costing required
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
