They are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Corporate Real Estate to manage their real estate portfolio, overseeing transactions related to acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing while collaborating with various internal teams to drive value across their assets.

Responsibilities
Manage regional portfolio of Paramount Skydance’s real estate holdings including CBS’s antennas, transmitters and cameras
Serve as advisor and transaction lead for expansions, relocations, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions
Lead negotiations with landlords, brokers, and service providers; manage contracts and ensure compliance
Partner with service providers in identifying opportunities and risks in target markets
Collaborate with legal, risk, finance and tax teams to manage lease agreements, contracts, compliance, vendor relationships and regulatory issues
Communicate skillfully with senior leadership and business stakeholders, providing insightful analysis and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of experience in corporate real estate management or commercial property operations; ideally in a large, complex, multi-national organization
Proven track record in lease negotiation, portfolio optimization, and strategic planning
Strong understanding of real estate law, compliance, and financial modeling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
