Senior LevelOCI Hospitality operates the Virginia Crossings Hotel & Conference Center, and they are seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the property maintenance team. The Chief Engineer will oversee various maintenance tasks to ensure high quality guest experiences and efficient property upkeep.

Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently maintaining the property
Overseeing plumbing and electrical
HVAC and pool maintenance
Assist with general facilities upkeep
Maintaining the highest level of quality work to ensure minimal disruption to guests
Embracing technology and technological systems to better the property
Completing orderly preventative maintenance tasks
Rising to the occasion to aid a team member or guest in distress
Qualification
Required
Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating and air conditioning (PTAC cleaning), painting, caulking, and similar skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Technical knowledge related to property maintenance
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Commitment to high quality guest experience and teamwork
