Responsibilities
Develop and execute a business development strategy for the Greater Denver region
Identify, pursue, and close new commercial and enterprise clients
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Conduct discovery meetings and translate business needs into technical solutions
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to scope and price solutions
Build long-term client relationships—not one-off transactions
Represent First Key at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
Track activity and forecast performance using CRM and reporting tools
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
Experience selling technology, security, AV, or low-voltage solutions
Proven ability to sell complex, consultative solutions
Strong local knowledge of the Denver / Front Range market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-directed, disciplined, and comfortable working autonomously
Preferred
Experience selling to commercial real estate, healthcare, education, cannabis, industrial, government, enterprise clients
Familiarity with access control, video surveillance, or integrated security platforms
Existing regional relationships or book of business
