Identify and connect with potential clients to discuss their Medicare insurance needs
Educate clients about Medicare plans
Provide exceptional customer service
Guide clients to select the most suitable insurance products
Stay informed on Medicare policies and carrier offerings
Meet sales targets
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
Proven ability in Sales and a results-oriented approach to achieving targets
Knowledge of Insurance products, including Medicare, ACA, and supplemental plans, with adaptability to learn about new offerings
Self-motivated and disciplined with excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Listening skills
Ability to Analyze Customer Needs and Develop Tailored Insurance Solutions
Self-motivation, Time Management, and Goal-Oriented Attitude
Licensure in health or life insurance, or willingness to obtain if not already licensed
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Proficiency in conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends and products
Preferred
Experience in Training or coaching others is a plus
Basic Knowledge of Medicare, ACA, and Supplemental Insurance is a plus
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred
Comfort using CRM software and digital tools for remote work
