Growth Marketing Manager
Pro Services Plumbing is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale their marketing and advertising engine. This role focuses on revenue-driven demand generation across plumbing services, with responsibilities including driving inbound service calls and increasing brand recognition.
Responsibilities
Design and deploy low-friction service offers that drive inbound demand
Build drain and camera inspection funnels that convert into higher-value services
Develop service-line campaigns for:
Drain cleaning
Sewer and camera inspections
Emergency plumbing
Water lines and repipes
Preventative and maintenance services
Balance short-term lead generation with long-term brand positioning
Build marketing campaigns from zero across:
Direct mail
Google Local Services Ads (LSA) & PPC
Facebook / Instagram local campaigns
Landing pages, call tracking, and attribution
Door hangers, trucks, and offline brand assets
Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and offer alignment across all channels
Coordinate and manage vendors, designers, printers, and ad platforms
Develop and execute brand awareness initiatives that increase top-of-mind recall
Build geographic dominance strategies by town and zip code
Maintain brand consistency across:
Vehicles
Mailers
Digital ads
Online listings
Customer touchpoints
Ensure Pro Services is recognized as a trusted, professional, and local authority
Segment campaigns by:
Zip code and municipality
Home age and infrastructure type
Income and ownership demographics
Tailor messaging and offers to specific markets (Aurora, Geneva, Wheaton, Batavia, etc.)
Rotate campaigns strategically to maximize coverage and ROI
Align marketing campaigns with sales and field operations
Help set expectations for service calls and inspections
Support visual selling through camera inspections and diagnostics
Collaborate with the Director of Sales to improve conversion and close rates
Track and report on:
Cost per inbound call
Cost per drain service
Cost per camera inspection
Conversion rates across service lines
Revenue per call and campaign ROI
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
Scale what works and eliminate what doesn’t
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in growth marketing or demand generation
Proven ability to drive inbound leads and revenue
Experience building marketing systems and campaigns from scratch
Strong analytical mindset with revenue accountability
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Preferred
Home services experience (plumbing, HVAC, restoration, roofing)
Experience balancing brand-building with performance marketing
Familiarity with call tracking, CRM tools, and attribution
Direct mail and local market advertising experience
