Housing Stability Staff Attorney
National Legal Aid & Defender Association provides civil legal services to low-income New Mexicans for various legal issues. They are seeking two Housing Stability Staff Attorneys to handle eviction prevention, housing issues, and provide legal representation to clients.

Conducting community education and outreach to eligible clients and community organizations as necessary
Qualification
Required
Licensed attorney in New Mexico or eligible to become licensed in New Mexico
Experience in housing law or related areas
Strong commitment to serving low-income communities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Experience with eviction prevention and diversion
Familiarity with subsidized housing and low-income housing tax credits
Experience in community education and outreach
