Responsibilities
Serve as the primary coordinator for workspace design, space planning, and space utilization initiatives. Assist with planning and execution of office moves, reconfigurations, and other changemanagement activities
Develop, update, and maintain floor plans, seating layouts, and workspace configurations within company provided systems
Gather departmental requirements and work collaboratively with HR, IT, Security, Facilities, and other internal partners
Support buildingwide projects involving grounds, utilities, equipment, mechanical systems, and electrical systems
Promote and support a safe, secure, and healthy workplace environment
Qualification
Required
Must have a minimum of two years prior space planning and design experience including proficiency with AutoCAD software
Understand the basic personal computer operation and have the ability to learn chosen software programs as specified by the company for related job duties
Use clear and effective writing skills without supervision and provide technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies
Preferred
Bachelors degree in related field required
