Responsibilities

Prepare and draft thorough and accurate correspondence and documentation as needed
Coordinate and manage appointment schedules to ensure efficiency
Welcome and assist guests upon their arrival, maintaining a friendly and attentive demeanor
Handle the distribution of completed tax returns to clients with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality
Perform general office tasks, including filing, scanning documents, and maintaining records
Assist with email correspondence and manage inbound and outbound calls
Organize and maintain calendars to support team productivity
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various administrative functions
Support other administrative duties as required to ensure smooth operations
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and effectively handle multiple responsibilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules and documentation
Demonstrated accountability and ownership of assigned responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Familiarity with LaCerte software is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Prior experience in administrative assistance or receptionist duties preferred
