Responsibilities
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Project Execution: Lead project teams in executing tasks as per the project plan, coordinating activities, and ensuring project milestones are achieved. Monitor project progress and promptly address any deviations from the plan
Resource Management: Assign responsibilities to team members, ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources and skills required for project success. Foster a collaborative team environment and provide guidance to team members as needed
Budget Management: Track project expenses and ensure adherence to the allocated budget. Take proactive measures to optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation plans. Proactively address any emerging issues and ensure the project remains on track
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates, status reports, and addressing any concerns promptly
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with the client's expectations
Change Management: Handle project changes and scope adjustments, ensuring appropriate documentation and approval processes are followed
Project Closure: Conduct project reviews, identify key learnings, and prepare project closure reports. Obtain client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance project management methodologies, tools, and best practices within the organization
Qualification
Required
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in project management, preferably within the industrial or engineering sectors
Proficiency in technical aspects related to pump station design and fluid handling systems is advantageous
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, self motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Ability to work with Adobe PDF tools (viewing, reviewing, commenting, combining files)
Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 Suite, including: Outlook (email and scheduling), Word (document creation and editing), Excel (data entry, formatting, formulas, and reporting)
