Responsibilities
Deburr and finish complex aerospace components to print and customer specifications
Create and maintain required surface finishes
Break sharp edges and remove burrs on critical features
Hand tap and chase threaded holes
Wash, prepare, and package parts for final inspection and shipment
Inspect your own work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Follow established procedures, work instructions, and quality system requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Communicate effectively with production and quality team members
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace or medical preferred)
Ability to read and interpret drawings related to surface finish and edge break requirements
Excellent visual acuity and strong attention to detail
Steady hands and comfort performing intricate, precise work
Ability to stay focused for extended periods and adapt as priorities change
Strong sense of responsibility and pride in workmanship
Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced shop environment
High School Diploma or GED
