OEM Account Executive - Automotive

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales and manage relationships within the OEM segment. The role involves maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction while collaborating with key customer executives and developing account management processes.

Responsibilities

Driving and achieving specific sales goals by managing the business relationship of strategic accounts for our OEM segment
Utilizing all resources to maximize revenue, sales growth, market share and productivity gains
Maintaining the portfolio of solutions and customer satisfaction
Collaborating with key customer executives to gain a broad understanding of the business goals and strategies, both short and long term
Selling product and service solutions developed and/or supported by Reynolds and Reynolds
Building relationships with key decision-makers within selected companies to facilitate direct and indirect sales
Developing, executing and maintaining account management planning processes and business review processes within each assigned account on a regular basis
Providing input into the company's strategic direction to meet the needs of assigned companies

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years sales experience
Needs to be highly motivated and a self-starter
Technological understanding and ability to see solutions are critical
Ability to travel, overnight with hotel stays, up to 25%
Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years

Preferred

Automotive industry experience is a plus (Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, F&I Manager, or GM)
