Responsibilities
Assist in defining, documenting, and optimizing enterprise processes for enterprise architecture
Develop and maintain architecture deliverables, including models, diagrams, and technical documentation
Conduct thorough requirement analysis to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Leverage a strong technical background to support architectural decision‑making and solution design
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes, objectives, and requirements
Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications
Extract, analyze, and present data to support business decisions
Design and develop dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience as a Technical BSA, Systems Analyst, or similar role
Proficiency with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps (or Jira)
Preferred
Experience with Smartsheet, excel, PowerBI
Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or ITIL
